Hungry Horse Appreciation Post
Yesterday we left our legendary campsite on the Hungry Horse Reservoir. A very sad day, but we wanted to return to town for some life essentials -laundry, internet, showers, groceries. Also it’s time to figure out what to do with the battery once and for all!
But man oh man did we love this spot. Without cell service, there were no distractions and it left so much room for everything else. Ben got some major progress done on the thesis, and I got to video edit, read, draw, and cook some amazing meals.
In the afternoons the bugs were bad so we’d stay in the van, but otherwise you could find me laying by the water in the sunshine, swinging in the hammock, or stretched out by the campfire on my yoga mat.
