We hit the road!

The last 2 weeks we’ve been in Ohio, spending time with family and friends, while also completing some last minute fixes/ upgrades to the van.

We’re sporting a new trash can, new fruit basket, a custom DIY awning, 3 plants, additional shelves, cupboard dividers, and a beefier inverter - just to name a few! Thanks to many late nights from Mr. Musci and Ben.

We’re headed north to the upper peninsula of Michigan. The grand plan is to hopefully make it up to Alaska (hopefully, because we’re not sure if Canada will allow us to pass through). But for now, the main goal is to chill out a bit. Enjoy some van living by the Great Lakes, and give Ben some time to catch up on work.

My mission over the next few days is to sort out how to document this whole adventure!! I love making videos, but I also want to be able to quickly share thoughts and pictures to family and friends. So this is my latest idea.. we will see if I like it!
