21. Sun ☀️

My first animation you guys!! 🥳

I was having a really hard time trying to incorporate both lines into an illustration and then it dawned on me that perhaps the lines could just move! I used Procreate’s animation tool for this.

The data here is from NASA. For me, the key takeaway is “debunking" the idea that the global warming is from the Sun getting hotter.

☀️You can see the energy we receive from the Sun is pretty stable, even decreasing a bit (solar irradiance is just watts per square meter).

🌍While Earth's surface temp on the other hand... 👀 It’s increasing due to greenhouse gases trapping a good amount of the heat we receive.
